bushcraft cooking: romanian traditional shepherd’s dish – “bulz” (and quick day-camp)
cold day out:
– quick camp setup
– tea
– traditional cooking: boil 1 cup of water + pinch of salt, add 1 cup corn flour, stirr until desired consistency (it gets progresively harder). remove from the fire, make a hole in it, fill with cheese+butter, close and form a ball (CAUTION! IT IS EXTREMELY HOT!). put on the hot coals until a crust is formed, then flip over. done! it should be crunchy outside and soft inside. serve with sour cream topping (if available).
