Creekside Primitive Survival, Pt 6. Digger Squirrel Deadfall

Down the creek a bit is a hill that has digger squirrels. They are legal to kill so we are preparing to trap some. There are many animals along the creek so I need to be sure to target the correct one so we’re setting up the trail camera again. Once I am sure we can get a digger, we’ll set the deadfall trap. I know the trail camera is not primitive but I need to be sure we get the right animal. In a survival situation, I really wouldnt care what we kill for food. Meat is meat!
