How to make Rope the Art of making rope

This is the first time in my life anyway that I actually got to see how you can make rope from twine.
It is a very simple system but unique!
The twine is first looped through a series of hooks and then tied at the single hook at the one end.
Then the operator with the three hooks begin to wind the twine clock wise until Farly tight which just goes by feeling.
The triple hook sytem are connected together with a single handle and the three grooved out board keeps the twine separate. Once the twine is at its desired tightness then the other operator begins to turn the single hook clock wise and there you have it a piece of rope which can be made to almost any length and the thickness up over 1 inch!
