Mouse traps come in various sizes. Especially the bigger types (that are also suitable for catching rats) use seriously powerful springs. This sparked an idea: Is it possible to make a slingshot that uses mouse traps instead of rubber?

Yes, as this video clearly proves. But it gets even better when you add rubber bands – because then the power of the springs add to the power of the rubber.
